To promote education and knowledge, MIT Academy of Engineering (MITAOE) has always been at the forefront of technological evolution and innovative practices.
Organized from 15th November to 16th November 2019 at MITAOE, Alandi, International Conference on Signal and Data Processing (ICSDP 2019), brought together brilliant minds from across the globe to share their experiences and research results in various domains of many engineering disciplines. It provided a premier interdisciplinary forum to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends and concern in the signal processing, communication systems and its allied domains.
ICSDP 2019 was a successful international event that witnessed distinguished speakers, inspiring talks and eager participation by academicians, industrialists, faculty and students.
ICSDP 2019 was graced by the presence of Padma Bhushan Hon. Dr. Vijay Bhatkar. Bhatkar sir’s erudite address on ‘Dataism’ significantly enlightened the correlation between Science and Spirituality.
The conference was inaugurated by Dr.Parag Kulkarni, CEO and Chief Scientist of Kvinna Limited, New Zealand. In his inaugural address Dr.Parag Kulkarni gave the insight to technological innovations, new ways of thinking to add value to an existing idea can significantly help the society.
During the 2-day knowledge-packed event, an amazing line-up of speakers engaged with the audience. Eminent speakers such as Dr. Sanjay Talole, Scientist 'G' (DRDO), R&DE Engineers, Pune, Dr. Manisha Nene, Professor, Dept. of Comp Sc., Defense Institute of Advanced Technology (DU), Pune, Dr. Milind Pande, Pro-VC, MIT World Peace University, Pune, Mr.Pankaj Sharma, Vice-President, Reliance Jio, and Dr. Venkateshwaram of Persistent Systems, enlightened the audience immeasurably.
Almost, 50 papers, from the participant authors, across the globe, were presented in the paper presentation sessions.
Along with absorbing paper presentation sessions, the Poster exhibition, by the post graduate students, endeavored to foster and enhance the culture of scientific inquiry and its relevance in real world applications.
Knowledge partners such as the International Society of Automation (ISA), Entuple Technologies Bengaluru, SISAI technologies, Pune, supported ICSDP 2019.
Overall, the two days of ICSDP 2019 were truly engaging and inspiring. The organizing committee, led by Dr. Debashis Adhikari (Dean School of Electrical Engineering, MITAoE), Dr. D.Y.Sakahre, Dr.Aniket Gundecha, Dr. Rushikesh Borse and all the supporting team members played a brilliant role in magnificently executing the International-level event. In its upcoming editions in the upcoming years next year, ICSDP promises to be even more engaging, exciting and enlightening.
