Call For Papers
We invite original, unpublished research papers from academicians, researchers, industry experts, and students worldwide for ICoICET 2026. All submissions will undergo a plagiarism check and peer review to ensure high standards of originality and quality. Papers with a similarity index of 20% or more (including references) may be rejected without review. Accepted and presented papers meeting IEEE standards will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication, ensuring global visibility and academic impact.
Paper Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review in any other venue.
- A double-blind review process will be followed to ensure fairness and eliminate bias.
- Manuscripts should be prepared strictly as per the IEEE conference template. (Paper Template ).
- All submissions will undergo peer review by domain experts.
- Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and may be considered for indexing in reputed digital libraries (e.g., IEEE Xplore).
- At least one author must register, attend, and present the paper. Failure to present, even after paying the registration fee, will result in the paper not being forwarded for publication in IEEE Xplore.
- In case the primary author is unable to attend, a co-author may present the paper with prior approval from the Conference Chair.
- Presentations may be delivered in either online or offline mode.
- Paper submissions must be made through the provided CMT link.
- Please note that all manuscripts submitted to ICoICET-2026 will undergo a plagiarism check. Papers with a similarity score above 20% may be rejected without further review.
- The organizing committee of ICoICET-2026 reserves the right to reject papers for the following reasons:
1. Poor language quality
2. Insufficient technical content
3. Failure to address reviewers’ comments
4. High similarity index
5. Non-compliance with the IEEE conference template
