All About MIT Academy Of Engineering Placement Cell
There is a separate training and placement cell at MIT Academy of Engineering that takes care of all the placement-related activities. The Placement cell looks forward to providing an excellent corporate interface to its students. At the placement cell, a team of efficient members indulges in providing excellent opportunities for jobs to students from each department. The vision is to create self-developed industrialists of tomorrow. Apart from just arranging for companies the Department also works on students Aptitude test preparation, personality development, and industry-institute interactions. Process of Placement at MITAoE
There is a need for a proper system in every organization therefore the placement and training cell at MIT AoE looks forward to systematically proceeding with the placement. As an aspiring candidate one must be aware of the steps involved in the procedure:
Eligibility And Registration
Every final year student who is to graduate from the institute in the academic year needs to register for the placement process at the T&P office. Further, if a candidate is willing to pursue higher studies he/she must inform the same to the cell and should not attend the placement process. It is mandatory to join a company once the offer is rolled out by a company.
Pre-Placement Talks
It must be noted that all the placement facilities provided by the cell are available for only the registered students of the institute. Students need to make sure to attend all the placement-related activities organized by the cell. A student not found attending the pre-placement drives is blacklisted by the placement cell.
Process
For the final placement process, a list of shortlisted students as per the company requirement is put up on the board or the google/groups.These candidates must attend the drive and be on time. Any student who withdraws deliberately during a selection process will be disallowed from placement for the rest of the academic year.
Job Offers
When a student is placed he/she is required to submit a copy of the job offer letter in the placement office. Once a student has bagged his/her first job offer they will not be allowed to appear for the further placement process.

MITAoE, Alandi Placements 2021
Placements at MITAoE have always been promising and the placement cell has been working vigorously even this year for good placement opportunities for its students. As per the statistics of 2021 a total of 250 students have been placed with good packages till now. Looking at the department-wise data a total of 53 students are placed from the ENTC Department 44 students get placements from the mechanical department. Companies from sectors like IT and software, Core manufacturing, Finance, Education, and sales were recruited from the eligible candidates of the institute. A total of over 53 companies have recruited from MIT AOE this year and many of the students were lucky enough to bag in more than one job offer.
