M.TECH ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

Under the umbrella of school of electrical engineering, department of Electronics Engineering had started Post Graduation Course in the year 2010 with the intake of 18 students.

The school of electrical engineering is equipped with modern Laboratories and Software’s costing more than Rs. 3.5 Crore. In addition to this, students are enjoying various facilities like Internet and Wi-Fi in the campus and hostel. Faculty members of the school are involved in various R&D activities. The school has fetched funds through various activities like research proposals, QIP grants, AICTE-Modrobs, technical events, etc. The fundings obtained through these touch close to Rs. 1 Crore.

The school always emphasizes to organize seminars, workshops in emerging technological areas to meet challenges of knowledge era. With an objective of developing core competence in the different subject specializations and for learning newer technologies, and to promote the R&D works in different domains, the school has formed the following technical domains:

  • Systems and Control (SysCon)
  • Wired and Wireless Communication (WiCom)
  • Signal and Image Processing (SIP)
  • Embedded Systems and VLSI (EmSys)
  • Power Electronics Technology (PET)
  • Robotics and Automation (R & A)

Various subtopics under each domain can be found here . The school is committed to achieve highest order of excellence in the field of electronics engineering. Along with the technical knowledge, we also emphasize and provide platform to exhibit talent for the personality development of our students.

For the PG course, along with the different subjects (courses), M.Tech students are allocated Project guides of their domain of interest. The PG course curriculum involves latest subjects and is very dynamic.
