Dr. Suraj A. Tat is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at MIT Academy of Engineering, Pune. He has completed his PhD from IIT Guwahati in Mechanical Engineering with a research focus on Thermal Energy Storage, Phase Change Materials (PCMs), Thermal Management, and Heat Transfer Augmentation Techniques. His research integrates both experimental investigations and numerical modeling, with extensive use of COMSOL Multiphysics for simulation and analysis. His teaching interests include Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Finite Element Analysis and Materials Engineering.
