OVERVIEW OF PROFILE :

Mr. Mahendra Shete is an Assistant Professor of English in the School of Humanities and Engineering Sciences, MIT Academy of Engineering, Pune. A recipient of the Best Teacher Award (2021) and Gold Faculty Award (2022), he is a motivating, dedicated, and skilled English educator known for creating engaging, student-centred learning environments that foster academic and personal excellence. He is a Microsoft Certified Educator with over 16 years of rich teaching experience. He is currently pursuing doctoral research at Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has published several international research papers and is an active member of global professional bodies such as the Oxford, ELTAI, British Council–BBC Teaching English, Cambridge Assessment English (UK), and NILE TESOL (Egypt).
