Internship Program for International Students

MITAOE has launched an International Summer School program for international students, offering a unique opportunity to engage in research-based learning through the Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodology.

Key Features of the Program

  • Research-Based Projects: Students, in small groups of 2-3 members, will work on research projects under the mentorship of experienced foreign professors.
  • Focused Lectures and Workshops: The program includes approximately 6 to 8 lectures or workshops per week, ensuring a balance between theoretical and practical learning.
  • Industry and Cultural Exposure: Students will benefit from 2-3 industry visits and 3-4 cultural tours, providing insights into the local industry and heritage.
  • Engaging Activities: The program features a welcome and closing ceremony, weekly presentations guided by mentors, and certificate distribution to participants.

Program Duration and Schedule:

  • Period: Conducted annually in June and July.
  • Duration: Flexible, ranging from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.

Eligibility:

The program is open to:

  • Engineering Students: Second- and third-year undergraduates.
  • Design Students: Second- and third-year undergraduates.
  • Management and Postgraduate Students: First-year MBA, MCA, MSc, and similar programs.

Areas of Study/Projects:

  • Engineering Students: Topics such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Robotics and Computer Vision, Electric Vehicles, CAD/CAM,
  • Management Students: Themes like Doing Business in Asia and Politics, Culture, and Media in Southeast Asia.
  • Design Students: Focus on Communication, UI/UX Design, and related fields.
